For my brief i was to create a personal homage to an influential designer through a short animation. The designers name given to me was Issey Miyake. The animation could have been anything to do with their personal life or work. I chose to put my focus on his works involving the pleats in his clothing and the fact that he used only one piece of fabric to create a whole garment. The animation is going to be abstract and so far i have used the photography studio to gather my primary source material. Below are the Story boards which show origami, folded garments and tissue paper i used to re-create this affect.
